We have a variety of bounce houses, from 5 in 1 combos, to interactive and slides.

Depends on the slide you rent. The actual size and setup area size are listed with each inflatable.

We will arrive at your desire location and set up rental and the ending of your event we will arrive and teardown the inflatables.

Supervision

Adult Supervision: Always have at least one responsible adult supervising the bounce house at all times.

Rules Posting: Clearly post and explain the safety rules to all participants before they enter the bounce house.

Usage Rules Age and Size Limits: Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the age, weight, and number of users allowed inside the bounce house simultaneously.

Footwear and Accessories: Ensure all users remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.

Behavior: Prohibit roughhousing, flipping, wrestling, and climbing on the walls of the bounce house. Users should avoid pushing, shoving, or any form of aggressive behavior.

Entry and Exit: Participants should enter and exit the bounce house one at a time, in an orderly manner.

Health and Safety Illness: Do not allow anyone who is sick or has open wounds to use the bounce house.

Hydration and Breaks: Ensure children take regular breaks and stay hydrated, especially in hot weather.

Emergency Procedures First Aid: Have a first aid kit readily available and know the location of the nearest medical facility.

Emergency Contacts: Keep emergency contact information for all participants on hand.

Immediate Action: In case of an emergency, stop the use of the bounce house immediately and address the situation. Deflate the bounce house if necessary to prevent further injuries.

Reschedule: We will allow you to reschedule the rental for another date at no additional cost if weather conditions make it unsafe to use the bounce house.

Refunds: We will watch the weather leading up and wait to take final payments the day before to ensure the weather will cooperate. If you have paid in full before the week before your event, we will reschedule your event or issue a refund minus the non-refundable $50 deposit.

Yes! A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and due at the time of booking.

Yes, cleanliness and sanitation is our first priority!

We do not, but our attendants are available for hire.

We kindly request a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations. This allows us ample time to prepare for delivery and ensure the best service for our customers.

We ask that you would text us an image of your potential event space for us to assess the area. If we need to visit the location in person we will set up a time with you to do so.

No, it’s essential to have the rental company handle the delivery and setup of the bounce house to ensure safety, compliance, and peace of mind.
